1. Research use only

All products sold by Sea Salt Peps ("we", "us") are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development by qualified individuals. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Buyer eligibility & representations

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research, that you will handle them in accordance with applicable laws and safe laboratory practice, and that you won't resell them for human consumption.

3. Right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the products may be used in violation of these terms.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders are processed once payment is received in full. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

5. Limitation of liability

Products are provided as-is for research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any misuse of products or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use, handling, or misuse of our products or your breach of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
